  • Can I live in my home while the remodel is in progress?

    Absolutely, we consider ourselves a hospitality driven company, in which we respect and take great care of your home during the construction process. 

  • Do you handle all the permits and approvals required for the project?

    Yes, our goal is to be 100% responsible for the work being performed and the outcome. If requested, the homeowner can be responsible as well.

  • Can I expect my renovation design to reflect my personal style and preferences?

    Absolutely. The initial client consultation is designed to capture your style, preferences, and the unique aspects of your space. Our draft designs are not only technical representations but also a creative reflection of your personal taste, incorporating the colors, textures, and elements you love.

  • How will I be kept informed about the progress of my project?

    Via email or text, you will recieve a daily summary.

  • What if the project exceeds the initial quote due to unforeseen circumstances?

    We strive to provide the most accurate quotes possible. However, if unexpected factors affect the project scope or cost, we will communicate these changes promptly and transparently. No additional work will proceed without your understanding and approval of any revised quotes.

  • What payment schedule do you follow?

    We follow a 20x5 rule in which, once quote is approved, we ask:


    - 20% to initiate preconstruction

    - 20% for material orders

    - 20% on first day of construction

    - 20% once all rough inspections are cleared

    - 20%  on delivery and accpetance of project
